Olas have completed over 100 SAP training projects of differing scopes, sizes and objectives. At all times, we ensure we are working with our clients to ensure they achieve their objectives by recommending the appropriate solution to meeting with requirements.

Olas were engaged by AIB to develop and deliver training for the HR module in addition to AIB’s FICO and PS upgrades projects. Our trainers were also engaged to develop a 2 hour eLearning SAP HR Overview course.
In partnership with SAP UK, Olas developed training materials and delivered end-user training on the SAP FICO, MM and EBP modules for the implementation of SAP into Bank of Ireland.
Olas developed four eLearning SAP end-user training courses covering the BW and FICO modules. This removed the need for a training room, SAP system and SAP trainer and also provides a standardised SAP training message for new recruits and refresher training for current employees.
In 2009 Kerry Group commenced their SAP implementation project. Olas were chosen as the training partner and over that period of time Olas have, using our training methodology, completed all aspects of the training project, with a team varying in size from 3-10 trainers in addition to a project manager.
In 2008 Uniphar commenced their SAP implementation project. Olas were chosen as the training partner for this SAP project. On this project Olas developed and delivered classroom training, developed eLearning modules that was delivered to all 700 staff and supported the users following Go-Live.
Olas were selected by the International Criminal Court to assist them on their SAP Training project. We conducted a TNA and recommended a blended approach to SAP training. For high demand courses we developed an eLearning solution, which was rolled out with great success. Where there were high levels of change we developed a suite of classroom courses. The final step toward client autonomy was achieved through our delivery of the ‘Train the Trainer’ programme.
Olas initially developed, translated and delivered a Customer Service training programme in 5 European languages. This programme is updated continually as new business processes are implemented. We deliver training to all of their new recruits on an ongoing basis.
