| | Ailish O'Connor, Managing Director | | | Ailish has over 20 years commercial experience in the professional IT services sector in Ireland. She has managed in all areas of the Olas business and has seen the business through many changes.
Ailish is responsible for the Corporate Training division in Olas, and works with a varity of clients ranging from private to public sectors and from large international corporations to SME's.
Ailish holds a National Diploma in Business Studies (Training and Development), and she is a Member of Irish Institute of Training & Development, a member of the Institute of Management Consultants in Ireland. |

| | Conor MacManus, Director | | | Technical Director, Conor MacManus holds an MSc in Computer Science from Griffith College Dublin and a BSc Eng in Structural Engineering from Trinity College Dublin. Conor has 18 years commercial experience supplying professional services to Ireland’s largest FMCG and food & drink companies, financial services institutions and government bodies including the HSE.
Conor has managed various software development and data migration projects. He also provides design and development services in the areas of VB, VBA, data extraction and reporting services for SAP, and designs and develops with a variety of database types (MS Access, MySQL, MS SQL & Oracle).

| | Susan Mahon, SAP Education | | | Susan joined Olas in 2002 and she is a BESS graduate from Trinity College with many years’ Sales & Marketing experience including SAP Education, FMCG, Engineering and IT. She is also a part qualified ACCA member.
Susan has responsibility for the SAP Curriculum (open courses) and the SAP Customer Specific (on-site) training for Irish clients.

| | Colette Gallagher, Head of SAP End User Training | | | Colette holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and a Masters of Business Studies (E-Commerce), and is a certified Microsoft Trainer. Colette is responsible for customers who are rolling-out SAP or who are facing challenges during "Business As Usual". She is an experience SAP trainer, eLearning developer and creates training strategies and manages training projects for Olas customers. Colette has helped several large SAP roll-outs including Kerry Group, Xerox Europe, International Criminal Courts, Allergan Europe, Aryzta, Univar Europe and Uniphar.

Minimum Education: Third-level bachelor’s degree
Experience: Would suit talented graduate, or someone experienced in business-to-business administration

General Purpose of Role
Due to increased business volumes and vacancies, Olas seeks a dynamic administrator to join our team and take responsibility for courses, bookings and invoicing. In this key role for Olas you will:
Liaise daily with contacts at our partner organisation (SAP Education) Take incoming calls and emails from established and new corporate clients, and sell them training course bookings from established course catalogues. (Catalogues include SAP project team training and Microsoft Office IT Training.) Perform other invoicing and administrative tasks, and cover for other team members when they’re out. Allocate trainers (from local and specialised global pools), organise venues and travel; You will also negotiate rates with trainers in UK, US, South Africa, etc. Create and send out marketing e-shots/newsletters (2-3 per month); Assist in organising events. Develop quarterly training schedules. Produce monthly reports from your spreadsheets.
Expertise You Will Already Have:
You are precise and convincing on the phone or email. In writing, you have impeccable grammar and punctuation. You should already be able to create well-written, thoughtfully formatted documents, and be able to create spreadsheets.
WEB Savvy: You already understand how businesspeople use Google, and social networking. Desirable:
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office products.
Understanding of SAP applications
Experience of the organisational structures and processes of corporate customers.
Characteristics of the Right Person:
You have a meticulous eye for detail and you always do things right. You have developed techniques to check your own work so that you don’t make mistakes. You are consistent in your performance and you have a habit of automating repetitive tasks so that you don’t waste your time. You enjoy a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks, and you keep your cool and maintain good relationships with your mutually dependent teammates.
