| | | | | | Desktop Applications Solutions Support for a leading drinks manufacturer | | | | A contract is in place whereby users call / email OlasIT with queries on the agreed list of products (MS Office, MS Project, Visio, MS Outlook). As consulting & assistance is required, time spent will be drawn down from the contract days. In some cases onsite visits are required, and this time is also drawn down from the contract days. | Bespoke Courseware Development | | | OlasIT has over 25 years experience in the development of courseware both for our full range of standard PC training programmes and customers bespoke systems. We develop using proven methodologies and templates ensuring that course manuals are clear, structured, easy to use, include relevant exercises and more importantly act as a valuable reference after training.
We also develop ‘Quick Reference Sheets’ and ‘Cue Cards’, which compliment the training manuals. These quick reference sheets and cue cards can be produced on laminated hard copy or can reside on the customers Intranet. Courseware for bespoke systems can be made available in soft copy to the customer for future system updates and additions or, if required, can be updated by OlasIT.
