It's conclusions included:        "Trainers acknowledge that e-learning provides a wide range of benefits to learners but highlight the need for professional development to enable them to deliver those benefits." Click to see for how Wikipedia describes Rapid E-Learning. We mean that rather than buy in generic online training content, you create E-Learning tutorials yourself (or with our help initially) to address a training, certfication or communication need you have in your organisation. Typically, you will base your tutorials on PowerPoint slides and transform them into E-Learning tutorials with added quizzes, games, and tests. You do this using tools such as PowerBuilder VLE, Articulate, Lecturnity, Mohive, and so on.        What if I need to train users on a software application?        Rapid E-Learning can be effective and cost-efficient when you are introducing a new system or application and need to train dispersed users without the costs associated with taking them out of the workplace for formal training.
