Sparkle and good will at Olas 30 Years dinner and awards
Olivier's Restaraunt at the Schoolhouse Hotel, Dublin 4 Thursday evening, 15 September 2011
The average Irish business lasts 7 years but Olas thrives after 30.
How would we mark the occasion? We wanted to honor the 1981 founders (Monica Flood and Louise Church)and also the people who helped them through three Irish recessions.
We wanted to honour some of our customers who have worked closely with us for 30 years, but we also wanted to reconnect with some of the Olas employees who have moved on to other careers.
And to top it off we decided to recognise one customer of our training services, and one customer of software development services with innovation awards. And we were bowled over when Shane Ross TD agreed to present the awards
We ended up with "one hell of a do", and we were taken aback by the goodwill and generousity of spirit from all who took part. Take a look at some of the photos below. Can't wait until the 60th! (Ruairi Boland, MD, Olas.)
And special thanks to our local South Dublin TD, Shane Ross, and his tireless promotion of good buiness.
Olas Annual ERP Change and Learning Event 2011
St Stephens Green Hibernian Club, Dublin 2 Wednesday evening, 18th May 2011 6pm refreshments; Presentations 6:45pm - 8:15pm
Each year Olas brings together change and training leaders from Ireland’s SAP community. This year we are honoured to have the keynote from Declan O’Dwyer, Training Manager at Kerry Group plc.
Kerry Group are currently engaged in Ireland’s largest SAP roll-out. These days, eyes are on companies like Kerry Group who are leaders in the growing international food and food ingredients markets. These markets require flexibility and constant change. We hope to offer a rare glimpse into how, from a change and training perspective, Kerry operates.
