Our Microsoft Visio Introduction course is designed to enable participants develop a good working knowledge of Visio and to be able to create different types of drawings like flow charts, process diagrams, organisation charts, cross-functional chart (swim lanes). Participants will also be able to use the library of existing stencils and templates, and create their own customised versions of both.

TARGET AUDIENCE

Aimed at business users whom as part of their role will need to create new and modify existing drawings, for example Process Maps, Flow Charts, Cross-Functional Charts, Project Schedules and Timelines.

PREREQUISITES

Participants need have no prior knowledge of Visio but should be comfortable using Microsoft Windows and should be able to start a Microsoft Office application, use the Help feature, and open, close and save files.

GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

Having completed this Microsoft Visio Introduction course, participants will:

  • Develop a good working knowledge of Visio
