Getting to Olas
By Car via M50
- Take signs for M50 Southbound.
- At junction 14, exit on the left toward N31.
- At roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Leopardstown Rd – R113 (signposted Dun Laoghaire, Leopardstown).
- Stay left and proceed straight through the first set of traffic lights (The Clayton Hotel will be on your right).
- Take the 1st left after the traffic lights into Sandyford Industrial Estate.
- At the next lights, take a left onto Burton Hall Drive and follow the road to Furze Road (on the left hand side with Spirit Motors are on the corner).
- Follow the road until you come to Q house which will be on your left, it has an insomnia coffee shop on the ground floor.
By Car Via the City Centre
- Follow the N11 southbound through Donnybrook and Stillorgan.
- Keep following the N11 until you have passed the Stillorgan Village intersection.
- At the next set of traffic lights turn right onto Brewery Road.
- At the end of Brewery Road, turn right signposted Sandyford L2025, heading into the Sandyford Industrial Estate.
- At the T-junction at the end of this road, (Burton Hall Avenue) turn left onto Blackthorn Road.
- Take the second left to Furze Road (Spirit Motors are on the corner).
- Follow the road until you come to Q house which will be on your left, it has an insomnia coffee shop on the ground floor.
By Dart
- Take Dart to the Blackrock Stop.
- Take the 114 Dublin bus which will bring you from Blackrock Dart station to Sandyford.
- You can also get a taxi to Olas, Q House, Furze Road, Sandyford, Dublin 18, D18 T6T1, by calling Network Taxis before you reach Blackrock, Ph: (01) 295 7777.
By Taxi or Aircoach
- You can get a taxi to Olas, Q House, Furze Road, Sandyford, Dublin 18, D18 T6T1.
- The AirCoach from Dublin Airport also takes you to Burton Hall Road stop.
- After you get off the bus at Burton Hall Road you will walk straight ahead (you will have Woodies DIY on your left hand side).
- When you reach the end of this road you will come to a T junction and you will turn left.
- Follow the road and you will take the second left which will be marked as Furze Road (Spirit Motors are on the corner) Olas is located in Q House on the left hand side. It has an Insomnia Coffee shop on the ground floor.

By Bus – From City Centre

By LUAS
- After you exit at the Sandyford Luas stop you will be on Blackthorn Avenue
- Across the road from you to your right you will see Blackthorn Road
- You will need to walk up this road crossing the road at the traffic lights
- Keep following the road and at the third turn on your left you will be at Furze road (Spirit Motors are on the corner)
- Follow this road until you reach Q House (on your left)
Walking Directions from Sandyford LUAS
Parking at Olas
- There is limited on-street parking available outside Q house. This is paid parking and costs €5.00 for a full day.
- There is also paid public parking available in the Beacon Hotel. You can access this car park from Blackthorn Road.
- Paid public parking is also available in the Dunnes Stores car park at the Beacon South Quarter. This car park is about a five minute walk from Olas and the daily rate is only €4.00. You can access this car park from Carmanhall Road.
In Building Directions
- When you enter Q House take the elevator from the lobby to the 2nd floor.
- After you get out of the elevator, walk ahead through the glass doors to the atrium.
- Olas is located in Unit 206 (The front door is bright orange)
