Introduction
We have executed all aspects of the Training Project Lifecycle, including initial project planning and scoping, template design including standards and guidelines for best practice, content development and testing, training co-ordination, the delivery of training and finally the delivery of post-go-live support.
Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
A TNA determines the most suitable and sustainable training solution for your business users. The TNA focuses on examining the requirements and designing a plan on how to deliver the most appropriate training solution. TNA’s also allow us to re-visit a mature client site and rejuvenate training solutions in that may have become out-dated or obsolete.

Templates and Standards
We design templates for all of the training documentation and document the template details, including the use of appropriate logos, colour schemes and fonts in a standard document to ensure consistency across all documents.

Training Material Development
Our experienced SAP consultants put the development plans into action and create all of the training and support materials for classroom-based or virtual classrooms deliveries and for e-learning courses including:
- Business Process Slides
- Exercise guides
- Quick Reference Cards
- Course Quizzes
- Simulations and courses

Training Delivery
We deliver training to end users in the lead up to Go-Live, during Post Go-Live and on a Business-As-Usual (BAU) basis. Training is delivered via a number of different mediums to new and existing users, including:
- Classroom
- Virtual
- E-Learning

Train the Trainer / Super-User Programmes
Our train the trainer / super-user programmes are an essential part of our overall training strategy to ensure that your in-house trainers / super-users are equipped with the necessary skills to deliver and facilitate training courses in the short term for Go-Live and in the long term for Business as Usual (BAU). We tailor our train the trainer/superuser programmes to meet both the business’s objective and the trainer’s / super-user’s own requirements.

Manage Language Requirements
Based on the client’s local language requirements we determine an appropriate plan for delivering training in local language. This plan may include, translation of training materials, knowledge transfer to local language trainers, provision of co-trainers and/or translators.

Post Go-Live Support
As part of a System Implementation, our training team are available to go to the training locations and assist in the Post Go-Live support. This would include walk-the-floor sessions, individual one-to-one support or short seminars (for example, Lunch and Learn sessions).

Project Management
At all times we are committed to strong project management principles, including the development of a project plan, monitoring the progress of tasks, managing risks and issues and providing regular project status updates.

E-Learning
E-learning courses form an integral part of our blended learning approach. Overview courses are ideal for e-learning, allowing the participant to take a course at their own pace at a time that suits them while simultaneously giving the client the benefit of flexibility of scheduling.
