What is a Risk?
There are many risk processes which can be used to manage risks in a project. I use a very simple method, which I have outlined below:
Review and identify risks that could impact the project
Investigate and log what the mitigation action(s) are for the risk
Share this information with the project team and interested stakeholders
Keep track of the status of the risk and monitor if any action needs to be taken
Stay focused on potential new risks that can occur during the project lifecycle
