We have listed below a few tips for useful keyboard shortcuts for Microsoft Word for you to look at.
Ctrl & 1 (above querty keyboard)
This key combination allows the user to change the selected text (or text in paragraph where the cursor is positioned) to single line spacing.
Ctrl & 2 (above querty keyboard)
This key combination allows the user to change the selected text (or text in paragraph where the cursor is positioned) to double line spacing.
Ctrl & 5 (above querty keyboard)
This key combination allows the user to change the selected text (or text in paragraph where the cursor is positioned) to 1.5 line spacing.
Ctrl & 5 (on numerical keypad)
This key combination highlights/selects everything (text and graphics) in a Document
Ctrl & Shift & N
This key combination will remove all the paragraph formatting within a paragraph or document. You must first make sure to select the relevant text.
