SAP Enable Now is an end-to-end suite to create learning and in-app help content for end-users. The Web Assistant, as part of the suite, is a web-based solution, that provides context sensitive assistance to end users directly within the application, instantaneously. In this course, you will learn about the different help variants the Web Assistant may provide and what content is available from SAP. You will learn how to create Web Assistant content for different modes, how to embed your own content, plus how to adapt SAP’s default content to your organization’s needs.
