TARGET AUDIENCE

The intended audience for this course would be those who have been using Microsoft Office 365 for some time and are now looking to optimise their existing business processes, and designing new ones.

PREREQUISITES

A good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office 365 is a prerequisite for this course.

GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

Having completed this course, participants know how to identify common components such as flow types, connectors, conditions, expressions, and approvals. Participants will also know how to build basic flows that can be started immediately with a button, based on an automated trigger, or on a set schedule. They will also know how to update flows and correct any issues that might interfere with the flow running successfully.
